One on one person centred counselling is provided through various techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Therapy, Mindfulness / Motivational Coaching as well as other techniques. Through the integration of all aspects of self, wholeness can be reached. Get to know who you are again, and work through any areas affecting you.

To verbalise and acknowledge an issue and or a thought that you have been either suppressing consciously or unconsciously, has a big impact one you have tapped into this.
